2013 Kansas Legislative Agenda

Currently the Kansas Courts hold the Legislative and the Executive Branches “hostage” due to their inept ability to use their over sight powers while attorney/legislators "carry the water for the courts.". They create their own guidelines and implement them and deliver them as law. Their ONLY job by law is to carry out the law, the understanding or interpretation of that law is that exercise, not to coerce. The Kansas Supreme Court created the – Case Management process and they have since dictated to the legislature how it will be enforced or executed. Instead of the legislature telling the Courts how to do its job and demanding an audit of the system for evaluations, the legislature has allowed the courts to state many misleading facts as they continue to keep the public from having any say or input from this social experiment. The Legislative Agenda below will go along way in corrective efforts to restore the balance in government to the people and reel in an out of control court system.Kansas now has a new legislature and… a whole lot of pissed off people who have had enough of this tyranny. The legislative year of 2013 will be one to watch in Kansas!!
