Kansas Current Case Management Guidelines 060812 2012 By KS Supreme Court Panelists
In reality 'Don't Fix It- DITCH it!!!
This is what we will change the above to this 2012 legislative Session:
At Draft Case Management Statutes
It is a disaster delivering more suffering while interfering with any hope of justice. All the attorneys, case managers, therapiests, guardian ad litems, judges, EVERYONE says the kid comes first but the evidence doesn't support that, MONEY comes first. A case manager who states that she is aware the child is being abused by his mother but says it would be too traumatic to change custody and thinks its less traumatic to leave him in the iron grip of the woman torturing him. Despite a KS Appeals Court affirming otherwise, Case manager doesn't care, she's got some "therapist" who haven't had a chance to get their share of the pie yet - I'm fureious.
